Collision would have saved Titanic - claim

A new book claims that a collision instead of a near miss as the Titanic left Southampton docks would have prevented its catastrophic voyage which claimed more than 1,500 lives.

As Titanic left the Southampton docks, it came within two feet of crashing into another liner… and therefore left on time to meet its fate.
